CONSENT FOR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT

As a part of Rewards Member Services, Members can submit a “Request” for one of the following services:

• Quote Request – Auto, Home, Life, Health or Disability Insurance Request
• Quote Request – Auto Financing, Refinancing, and New or Used Vehicle Purchase Request
• Quote Request – Home Mortgage or Refinancing Request

You are submitting a Request for one of the preceding Member Services. To continue this process, our insurance / mortgage / credit institution partners are required to provide you certain notices, documents, information, disclosures, and other materials related to your Request or Application electronically (“Electronic Documents”). By reading this Consent for Electronic Documents, you acknowledge and agree that you have been informed of your rights when receiving these Electronic Documents. By agreeing to receive Electronic Documents, you acknowledge receipt of this Consent for Electronic Documents, and agree to receive Electronic Documents via the Internet to the email address designated on your Request or Application. You need to contact the insurance, mortgage or credit institution partner if you would like such records to be provided in non-electronic form. 

You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Documents by contacting us at support@webigo.com . Please note, however, Webigo and/or Rewards does not provide insurance, mortgage financing or credit financing for auto loans. Because of this, if we have already forwarded your application to insurance, mortgage or credit financing partner you must also withdraw your consent from that insurance, mortgage or credit-financing partner when they contact you. We will not withdraw consent on your behalf even if you have withdrawn your consent with us if we have already forwarded your application to an insurance, mortgage or credit-financing partner. 

Important: If you withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Documents, the legal validity and enforceability of any Electronic Documents that were transmitted prior to your withdrawing of your consent will not be affected and you will not have the option in the future receive your Electronic Documents electronically.

Webigo and/or Rewards and www.webigo.com is not an insurance company, lender or originator of loans or participates in any credit decisions with regard to home or auto financing. Our Member Services is a Consumer Connection service designed to help our Members connect with companies that are interested in helping facilitate or provide insurance or financing for homes and vehicles. When you fill out our Request form, we will forward it to one or more of our affiliate partners who will contact you and try to assist you with your insurance or financing request. Note that these insurers, lenders or dealer affiliates may use the Request form as a true insurance, mortgage or credit application so it is important that you fill out the information completely and accurately. Our service is free to the consumer. The insurance company, mortgage or credit institution compensates Webigo and/or Rewards for making the connection between them and our Member. In addition, there is absolutely no obligation on the Member's part to work with the insurance, mortgage or credit institution to which we connect them.

BY CLICKING THE SUBMIT BUTTON TO SEND THE REQUEST OR APPLICATION TO www.webigo.com, YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE:

1. THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY AND CAN ACCESS AND RETAIN THOSE DOCUMENTS

2. THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE AND READ EMAIL MESSAGES SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY YOU IN YOUR REQUEST OR APPLICATION

3. THAT YOU CAN ACCESS INFORMATION PROVIDED ELECTRONICALLY AT OUR WEB SITE AND OTHER WEB SITES WITH REGARD TO YOUR REQUEST OR APPLICATION

4. TO RECEIVE DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY AND TO STORE OR PRINT THOSE DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR RECORDS

5. THAT THE ACTIONS DESCRIBED HERE OR ON THE DOCUMENTS WILL SERVE AS YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS; AND

6. THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS FROM US AND ASSOCIATED PARTIES UNDER THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT, AND INTENDING THAT THIS LAW APPLY TO YOUR TRANSACTIONS WITH US AND ASSOCIATED INSURANCE, MORTGAGE, OR CREDIT-FINANCING PARTNERS.
